WHY we need good dental photography ?
It is important to helping to improve work.
also need for DSD planning: This is the best communication tool between dentist technicians and the patients by using full set of photos : before, during and after treatment.

We have different type of patients :
– some are easy (ok to work)
– some are difficult

Using photography for colour
Many dentists work with technicians that are not so close to them then we need photography for color for shade taking.

Need for conferences or lectures:
some people are good speakers but they have bad photos
=> not effective

Use for marketing and branding:
visit card, posters, publications …
using own photos => make own advertisement => difference

* Jpeg format: keep the truth : don’t photoshop it

* sRGB (colour space) : help picture to look a little bit more vivid, more alive, more brighter colours => catchier

* Picture style: Faithful or Fine detail (for Canon cameras)
